Begin de dag met een korte abseil van 5 meter om de technieken te leren. Werk dan, terwijl je instructeur elke stap uitlegt, toe naar een aantal grotere abseils van 15 meter. Sluit af met een adrenalinepompende overhangende abseil van 30 meter.
Na een smakelijke lunch begint de middag met een les in rotsklimtechnieken, waarna u verschillende touwlengtes beklimt.
