The ancient architecture and rich history of Silves set the tone for the day, and as you stroll through the cobbled streets and explore the castle, you'll feel as though you've stepped back in time. Then, it's on to Lagos for free time to explore the centre, with its mix of traditional whitewashed buildings, lively plazas, and boutique shops.
Next up is a walk around the jaw-dropping sandstone rock formations of Ponta da Piedade. These dramatic cliffs and arches provide an Insta-worthy backdrop. You'll also see the famous Dona Ana beach further along, with its golden sands and crystal-clear waters. You'll round off the day heading through Sagres for more great views.
