Experience the thrill of mushing with Huskies in Lapland!

When in Rovaniemi, don't miss out on the opportunity to experience a dog sledging tour in the winter wonderland. Join this tour for a fun day adventure where you can meet and mush the Alaskan Huskies, including an hour-long self-driving safari!

The highlight of the day is the 7 km long safari, where you get to be the musher and control the pack of huskies towing the sledge. Each sledge can accommodate one driver and up to two passengers, and you can even switch drivers during your journey with the dogs. After the ride, enjoy some hot drinks and spend some time with these furry friends. You can pet them, pose for photos with them, and listen to stories about their lives in the North.

What to remember

Know in advance:

At least two persons are required for the tour to take place
A minimum age of 4 years is required to participate
Meet your guide at either the Arctic Circle Snowmobile Park Safari House in Santa Claus Village (Joulumaantie 5) or the Arctic Circle Snowmobile Park City Office (Koskikatu 8). The office in Santa Claus Village is located to the left of Santa’s Reindeer. The City Office in the center of Rovaniemi is located at the intersection of Valtakatu and Koskikatu. Please check in at the front desk inside the office with a member of staff.
Please inform us at least 48 hours before the start of the activity which office you will be arriving at, unless you specified the meeting location at the time of booking
