Learn about typical Sardinian recipes and have a good time during this handmade pasta workshop in Porto Torres.
In the kitchens of a real restaurant, you'll discover how to prepare iconic Sardinian dishes such as "culurgiones ogliastrini", "maccarones de busa" and Sardinian gnocchi. Being three traditional pasta processes, you'll dedicate about 45 minutes to each type. Your teachers will be Simona and Annarita, who follow the regional traditions handed down from generation to generation. The laboratory, where you can learn the basics to repeat at home, will be carried out according to your level of preparation. The activity starts with a welcome breakfast and ends with a nice tasting before you take away the finished product.
