Pickups are available at any hotel in the Cancun, Costa Mujeres and Playa Mujeres zone. If you are staying in a different accommodation, the supplier will suggest a meeting point. Please note, pickup is not available from Ocean Mayan Royale Carretera Federal Chetumal, Km. 299, 77710 Playa del Carmen, Q.R. in this case the official meeting point will be Coco Bongo Playa del Carmen, Calle 12 Norte, corner with Av. 10 Norte.

The price is per passenger, and shared ATVS must be done in pairs. If there is an odd number, a 3rd person or only 1 passenger, a single option must be booked or a 10 USD upgrade may need to be paid

Maximum for zip lines weight: 110 Kg/ 240 lb
Individual ATV: The minimum age required to drive is 16 years old. Children under the age of 16 years are not permitted
Shared ATV: Children 5–11 years old can participate accompanied by an adult. Children under 4 years old cannot board
The pick-up is not available in Tulum and the limit is the Playa car area of Playa del Carmen. Once passed, you'll go to Coco Bongo Playa del Carmen to board the transportation
