Meet your guide at My Top Tour Ticket Office: Paseo de la Sabica nº32, next to Hotel Guadalupe. The guide will give you your tickets at the meeting point, just before the guided tour begins.

The itinerary for wheelchair users does not provide access to certain areas of the monument

Know in advance:

The Alhambra visit will take place on the first day of your reservation
The reserved time does not correspond to the entrance to the Nasrid Palaces; your visit can start at the Alcazaba or Generalife
The tour requires a minimum group size of 6 participants
If the minimum number is not reached, an audio guide will be provided and the price difference will be refunded
For the 10:30am guided tour, departure time may be delayed by up to 30 minutes
Please ensure all personal information provided during booking (name, surname, ID number, language) is correct, as incorrect information will result in refused entry
You will need to select your City Pass activation date during checkout
You can activate your pass on the day of your Alhambra visit, or 1-2 days before
