What to expect

In the afternoon, you'll convene at the dive centre where your credentials will be verified and diving equipment provided. From Bonaire Harbour, a 225-hp speedboat whisks you away to one of the many enticing dive sites. The journey is an experience in itself as you relax in the shaded front area of the boat, taking in the spectacular views.

Upon arrival, a comprehensive briefing is delivered by certified staff members. Once equipped and safety checks are completed with their assistance, it's time to plunge into the water. Diving takes place in small groups of 4 to 5 divers per guide or instructor, with the maximum depth determined by qualifications and experience. The dive sites around Cape Formentor, the Bay of Pollenca and Cape Pinar boast an awe-inspiring underwater landscape featuring cliffs, grottos and caves.

Depending on the season, you might encounter groupers, amberjacks, moray eels, octopuses, schools of fish and much more during your professionally supervised dive which lasts approximately 45 to 50 minutes. Afterwards, reboarding the boat is made easy via the water-based dive ladder. Upon returning to the dive centre, simply rinse your equipment, freshen up with a shower and record your dive in your logbook while unwinding in the relaxation area. The entire activity spans roughly 2 to 3 hours.

Sant Antoni Festival tour in Santa Maria on January 16th, 2026
Excursions & day trips

Sant Antoni Festival tour in Santa Maria on January 16th, 2026

On the day of San Antonio, you could be part of one of the oldest traditions in Majorca, the Revetlla de Sant Antoni. As bonfires glow and the demons – primal symbols of the festival – weave through the streets of Santa Maria del Camí, you'll feel the Revetla de Sant Antoni unfold around you. It's an evening where you'll get that genuine sense of belonging to something that's been a local tradition for ages.Your guide leads you through the town's historic heart, setting the scene before you join the evening's key moments, including the lighting of bonfires, dances with the demons and live traditional music. And, if you fancy tasting what locals bring to the table, there's an optional stop where you can taste specialities like sobrasada and botifarró – they're kinds of cured sausages – bread with alioli and a glass of island wine. This isn't part of the tour price, but you can pay on the spot. What makes this celebration special is how naturally everyone comes together, both locals and visitors, all sharing one winter evening.

You'll sit out on the sun-soaked terrace and pick from a menu that champions local Majorcan flavours. For the more adventurous foodies, you can try options like butifarrón, a local offal delicacy, sobrasada, a traditional cured sausage, or caminates, a tomato pig trotter dish. And, if you're prefer sticking to a more tried and tested menu, you can tuck into rustic bread topped with smoked salmon, eggs and avocado, ham and cheese, or suckling pork chops from the ranch's herd of heritage breed black Majorcan pigs.
