Climb aboard the bus for a unique culinary experience in the heart of Paris. Discover or rediscover the City of Lights during a bistronomic meal in motion, from a restaurant with a breathtaking view of some of the world's most beautiful monuments.
The buses are double-deckers and have been designed to accommodate a dining room on the upper deck, offering a 360° view thanks to their panoramic glass roofs. Equipped with a kitchen, reception area and 12 dining tables for 1 to 8 people, they have been created to be as flexible as possible, with an adapted driving style.
The menu includes:
Starters: Cold cod medallion cooked at low temperature, crunchy vegetables, and star anise cream
and sweet potato soup with fresh ginger and turmeric, golden croûtons with olive oil
Main course: Roasted veal with savoury, homemade truffle mashed potatoes, and meat gravy
Cheeses: Camembert with truffles, Cantal entre deux AOP, Morbier AOP, sucrine lettuce and black fig confit
Dessert: Imperial Praline and Salted Butter Caramel (sponge cake soaked in gourmet syrup, crunchy
almond-hazelnut praline, salted butter caramel mousse and caramel mirror glaze).
