From Zurich, the coach takes you on a journey through the countryside to Lucerne. Take in the views from the bus and enjoy a brief orientation drive, where your guide points out Lucerne's main attractions. Explore the Chapel Bridge, Town Hall, Jesuit Church, and the Culture and Congress Centre (KKL) at your own pace during your free time in the old town.
Continue to Kriens to board the panoramic gondolas and the aerial cable way "Dragon Ride" to enjoy the jaw-dropping views out of the panoramic windows. Once at the top of Mt. Pilatus (2,132 m), venture down the Dragon's Path or go for a short hike to the summit.
The highlight of this day is a thrilling descent on the world's steepest cogwheel railway (48% gradient) to Alpnachstad. Here you board the boat for a 1-hour cruise (only in the summer) on the Lake of the Four Cantons and enjoy the landscape from an entirely different angle.
