- Round Trip transportation Hotels/Playa del Carmen + Round trip Ferry tickets available for an extra charge of 50 usd or 800 mxn pesos per person to be paid at check in
- No shows: 20 usd or 350 mxn per person

Activities and entertainment offerings vary by day and are weather-dependent. Water clarity and seaweed conditions may change seasonally, and some beach areas may include rocky terrain—water shoes are recommended
- With the El Cielo Adventure tour option there's a catamaran cruise included
- Catamaran boarding: due to the nature of this new vessel, boarding is carried out from the beach by walking a few steps through the water to reach the boat
