During this tour, you will start with a walk around the farm and discover fruit trees, vineyards, beehives, Provencal herbs, and truffle trees.
Then the tour will continue with the olive picking by hand in the autumn sunshine. During this traditional and manual harvest, you will learn everything you ever wanted to know about olive trees: pruning, planting, harvesting, olive oil making, etc...
After doing your best, time to rest! You will enjoy a hearty Provencal aperitif that incorporates the red wine, charcuterie, cheese, a sampling of homemade olive oil, truffle oil, truffle salt, and other local products produced of the farm.
