What to expect

This tour will take you to the snow and ice top of Whistler Mountain, into a natural landscape sculpted by ancient ice.

Take a gondola ride to the top Whistler Mountain, here your guide will give you the hiking equipment to wear. After a hike, you will arrive to the cabled part of the tour. Here you will be clipped to a safety cable to enjoy the amazing views above the Whistler at the foulest. Continue to hike along the cliff edge of the mountain and cross small bridges and ramps.

This tour will take you back 10,000 years to learn about the formation of the Coast Mountains glaciers.

Meeting point:

Morning Tours: please meet at Garbanzo Bike & Bean Patio, opposite the Whistler Village Gondola. Afternoon Tours: please meet at Mountain Top Office (50m walk from the top of the Whistler Village Gondola), outside the Roundhouse. Please be at the meeting point 15 minutes before the beginning of the tour.

Liability waiver must be signed for every participant
If you have a morning tour, your guide will bring your lift ticket to Garbanzo Bean and Bike
If you have an afternoon tour, the tour organizer will call you on the morning of your adventure to arrange the ticket pick-up
If you have any medical condition the guide should be aware of, please contact the tour organizer, you will find their contact in the voucher after booking
Please bring weatherproof shell jacket and pants, shorts are acceptable depending on conditions, warm layer(s), light gloves, hiking boot, sunglasses, sunscreen, water, snacks, camera, small backpack, personal items you require for a day in the outdoors

From September 5th the tour will be accessed using the Blackcomb Gondola and the Peak 2 Peak Gondola. This will increase the tour time by 1 hour
