The Light of Saint Nicholas Church comprises three artistic interventions, each offering a fresh perspective on the key events in the history of the Parish, casting a new light on its emblematic baroque dome and honourably celebrating the patron saint.
An interactive exhibition, "The Heartbeat of Saint Nicholas", traces the history of the building and its location, dating back to the times of Roman Valentia. Meanwhile, the audiovisual installation "Lux ex Oriente" provides a creative interpretation of the symbols associated with the iconic figure of Saint Nicholas. Lastly, the immersive projection "Homage to Beauty" offers a respectful and well-researched view that utilizes light, music and 21st-century technology to highlight the timeless and inspiring beauty of the baroque ornamentation found within Valencia's own Sistine Chapel.
